Efusjon operates on a brand new compensation plan called the "Social Matrix." The social matrix takes traditional network marketing and adds a more team-based twist that is focused on paying it forward.
1.) 25% COMMISSION ON PRODUCT SALES
Every time you sell any Efusjon products, you receive a 25% commission on those products. This ranges from one time purchases to ongoing auto-shipments of product. If one of your customers refers a customer, you get 25% commission for that as well.
2.) 25% COMMISSION ON PERSONAL ENROLLS
Every time you mentor an executive into your team in Efusjon, you receive a 25% commission of all product volume ordered / sold by that executive. The more customers they have, the more you can make.
3.) 2-4% ENTIRE TEAM COMMISSION BONUS
Whether you are a junior executive (2%) or a senior executive (4%), you receive a monthly team bonus of all product volume ordered / sold. Whether your team is 10,100,1000, or 10000, the team bonus is one of the most lucrative commissions in Efusjon.
4.) UNLIMITED LIFESTYLE BONUSES
Every time anyone you personally enroll reaches the rank of Senior Executive, you receive an ongoing lifestyle bonus of +$50.00 per month, every month. This bonus is entirely unlimited and continues to stack indefinitely.
5.) FAST START BONUS
Every time you personally enroll and mentor a new executive into your team, you receive an instant fast start bonus of +$75.00. There is no time requirement on this bonus, and it is ongoing.
We believe ranking systems should not be complicated. In Efusjon the ranking system is simple. When you are first placed in the Social Matrix you are a Junior Executive. Once you reach three personal enrolls, you automatically rank advance to Senior Executive, and your team bonus commissions double. That's it.

The Social Matrix fills up top to bottom, left to right. Since everyone has a person to their left and right, you can see a +60% team growth rate based on overlap alone. Traditional network marketing works like this, but with +0% overlap. Generally you are on your own.
