STEP ONE: ESTABLISH UNDERSTANDING

When a new member joins the business it is your responsibility to establish these 5 key understandings right away to get them in the right state of mind to have success. Those 5 understandings are:

1.) THIS IS A LONG TERM PLAN

This is not a get rich quick program. Anything that comes fast will go away quickly too. This is a proven system that if you plug into it and take massive action with consistency, you can establish complete financial and time freedom in 1-2 years. You are putting 40 years of work into 1-2 years.

2.) WE ARE WORKING FOR RESIDUAL INCOME

We are not working for our paycheck this month. We are working to building residual income to pay us for the rest of our lives. 

3.) TREAT THIS LIKE A BUSINESS

Efusjon will pay you exactly what you put into it. If you treat this like a hobbie it will pay you like a hobbie. If you treat this like a million dollar business this will pay you a million dollars. The biggest problem with Efusjon is it is so cheap to start your own business so people don't treat it seriously enough. Act as if you invested $250,000 into your Efusjon business and you will be succesful.

4.) TAKE CONSISTENT ACTION

This business is way easier to do fast than it is slow. Everything you need to do to be succesful in Efusjon is easy to do but it is also easy not to do. Be consistent and take massive action because that will lead to massive momentum.

5.) DO NOT POST ABOUT EFUSJON ON SOCIAL MEDIA UNTIL YOU ARE A SENIOR EXECUTIVE

When you join Efusjon you are excited, but do not post anything about Efusjon on Facebook or any other social media. You want the first time someone hears about your new Efusjon business to be in a personal invite to hear about it from an upline, not a post on Facebook. This is the quickest way to ruin the opportunity to share Efusjon with your friends.

STEP TWO: GET THEM PLUGGED IN

When a new member joins the business it is your responsibility to get them plugged into several things to ensure they have all the tools they need for their success. The things you need to plug them into are:

1.) THEIR MENTOR/UPLINE

The success of a new executive is dependent on the support of the upline. It is important that you introduce the newest member of the team to as many leaders as possible so they have plenty of support. Make sure they exchange contact infromation and they stay in contact.

2.) FACEBOOK GROUPS

Make the newest member of your team apart of the Efusjon community by adding them to the facebook groups. When you add them to the group give them a shout out and tag them as well as their upline to keep everyone connected.

3.) TRAINING RESOURCES

The newest member to the team needs to self-educate on Efusjon, network marketing, and personal development. The best resource to do this is this website. Show them the website and walk them through the training and personal development areas they should focus on.

4.) THEIR BLUEPRINT

To have growth and duplication you need to have a system based business. This is why it is so important to make sure all the new member understand the system and follow it. 

 

                                             

STEP THREE: THE BLUEPRINT

Sit down with the new efusjon executive within 24-48 hours of them ordering product and blueprint them. This blueprint includes:

1.) PAINT THE PICTURE

Vision is the first building block for any Efusjon business. Share with the new team member the vision you have for where you are taking your business then let them know what they could do. Help them paint a picture for where their business will be if they follow the system.

2.) SET GOALS / CREATE ACTIVE LIST

These are basics they should do as soon as they join Efusjon as long as they are following the system, but it is your responsibility as their mentor to stress the importance and make sure it gets done. 

 

3.) SET UP THEIR FIRST EVENT

Set up the first home event for the new executive to start inviting the people on their list to. This should be at the house of the new executive and they should intro the event to get them comfortable talking.

 

4.) BEAT THE PRODUCT

This business is easier to build quickly than slowly. Get your newest team member paid and promoted right away.  The best way to do this is set a goal to have them bring their first person into Efusjon before their product arrives.

 

5.) CREATE MORE LEADERS

In their first month they should have a goal of creating an excited Senior Executive leader in their business. This will take a lot of training but training is the most important part of Efusjon.
