There are certain skills a leader needs to develop in order to ensure their team continues to grow. These skills are slightly more advanced than the basic system but as you start to add your first few people to your business it is important you take time to learn and implement this information.

1.) YOUR STORY

You should start developing your story as soon as you join Efusjon and never stop making it better. To get a good idea of what to make your story like, listen to other leader's stories and pick out what you like in them to develop your own. Main things to remember to add into your story:

Home events are the best way to grow a team quickly. Getting a group of excited people together with all of their friends to share this opportunity in the right way is what takes this business into momentum. Home events should have 3-4 speakers and it is optional to open with a video. The team should rotate who speaks so that everyone, even the new people, get a chance to work on sharing their story because that is what develops leaders. As soon as one event is done there should always be another on the schedule to keep momentum up!

3.) THREE WAY CALLS

Three way calls calls are very effective if done correctly because it gives the opportunity for the leader with credibility to really get to know the prospect. You want to be sure to make it a conversation and not a speech in order to really connect with the prospect. Figure out why they need Efusjon and then plug it into their lives as the solution. Follow the same outline as your story with the three way call but you may have to be on your toes to keep it flowing and make it a conversation. Remember, anyone can use this opportunity to change their lives forever!

4.) TEAM POWER BUILDING

Power building is a super effective tool to do as a team to build and maintain momentum. Power building is when an entire team decides to get together and work together to be productive as a team. Activities to do while power building can include but are not limited to: Making new lists, reaching out to prospects on people's lists, personal development, practicing stories, practicing invites, doing calls, and training. The idea is to set a few hours aside and create an ultra-productive environment as a team. 

5.) DUPLICATE.

It doesn't matter what works. It matters what duplicates. What you do in this business virtually does not even matter if it is not reproducible. To build a large and sustaining business you need to have everything you are doing duplicated throughout your entire downline. To do this it is important to have a system-based team and not a team that just relies on you for everything. Be the king-maker, not the king. Teaching people on your team how to teach others is the key to duplication along with giving them the time, practice, and support it requires to step up into a leadership position.
